It is a coffee-bar concept inside in an old house in the center a few blocks from the Zocalo (Main square), it is located one side of “Los sapos” Market in the 7 Oriente Street, the house dates from about the mid-eighteenth century and has a brick façade decorated with Talavera tiles in blue with white, traditional Talavera color of Puebla, in principle was inhabited as a family home and then be used as a neighborhood, the entrance to the café is right in the middle of the house.The house has 4 sections, each section has a vault and patio, making a large and comfortable space, diverse in textures, colors and shapes, certainly make a very pleasant stay.

In All Day Café you can enjoy a good national coffee, appetizer, cocktail, and other food accompanied by lounge music, house, minimal, Drum and Bass among others, on weekends there is live music by a DJ providing an atmosphere in the evening.All Day Café wants you to spend a special time in the company of your friends or your pet, as it is one of the few “Pet Friendly” places in downtown.

La pasita

If you are visiting the center of Puebla City, "La pasita" is one of the most emblematic places of the city. La pasita has its origin in 1916 when Mr. Emilio Contreras Aicardo acquires a grocery store named “El gallo de oro”in a raisin liquor, drink created by Emilio Contreras Aicardo which was consumed by his customers, and subsequently by the devotion to the Virgin of Guadalupe (La Guadalupana) Mr.Contreras rename his shop as " la Guadalupana " it had a short time that name because it was so much demand for raising liquor that decided to change the name to "La pasita" name that has endured to the present day.

Among the products that we can find are the cocoa chocolates, which come from Tabasco and organic coffee in different presentations; the state of Puebla also has space in this coffee because they offer dehydrated fruits that can be eaten as snacks as well as chia cookies and chia with Pinole, in order to rescue the traditional flavors. From Veracruz state sauces of different chilies with base of macadamia nut are offered, this name just a few products sold in Ki´bok café gourmet that seeks to offer new alternatives.

Antigua Churrería of Puebla

The recipe is of Spanish origin, when in 1962 natives from Valencia Spain visit to Mr. Vicente Pascual and provide the typical original recipe for churros to improve quality of his business, not according to the different manufacturing process Mr. Pascual Vicente decides to experiment and change the recipe to his taste combining the traditional Spanish recipe with the traditional Mexican recipe achieving a unique flavor among the churros with distinctive flavor that we can enjoy today. Currently the churrería is at the hands of the four sons of Don Pascual preserving the family tradition.


Antigua Churrería of Puebla offers Churros with sugar and cinnamon, Berlin balls, cubiletes de queso, buñuelos and borrachitos. We can also find tortas compuestas of Wiener schnitzel, spicy meat, cheese and ham.

Fonda de Santa Clara

On September 13, 1965 Mrs. Alicia Torres de Araujo, made La Fonda de Santa Clara in order to offer a new restaurant were you could taste the typical dishes as chalupas, chiles en nogada, mole poblano, among other dishes.

As main idea La Fonda de Santa Clara gathers the best cooks in the state´s communities and markets, to prepare food with the unique flavor that characterizes them as they seek originality in the dishes they offer, for example: chalupas, molotes, gorditas, pipian verde y rojo, mancha manteles, tinga, pata de res, among other dishes full the menu of 50 dishes. From these dishes stand out the chiles en nogada and mole poblano and Baroque Saucer, an armed pipian green or red saucer, mole poblano, and the houses´saucer mancha manteles which is a representative dish of La Fonda Santa Clara.

These dishes can be accompanied by a good mescal produced in the ciry of Tehuacan, Puebla and Oaxaca, a pulque brought from Cholula, Tequila Premium, Eggnog or raisin liquor for the desempance (Act and effect of relief from the discomfort caused by overeating) La Fonda de Santa Clara is recognized for their participation in food fairs making in different states of Mexico, USA and Central America representing the food of Puebla.
